Baked Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. grits (hominy)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Add grits to boiling salted water and cook until thick, stirring occasionally (30 to 40 minutes).
    Mix thoroughly the other ingredients, reserving enough cheese to sprinkle on top.
    Mix with slightly cooled grits and place in buttered baking dish.
    Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
