Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg yolk
    9-inch graham cracker crust
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat yolk; brush over crust.
    Bake 5 minutes.
    Beat cheese, sugar and eggs until smooth.
    Add pumpkin and spices.
    Pour in crust; bake until set 40 to 45 minutes. Cool.
    Serve plain or with whipped cream.
