Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced carrots
    1/4 c. chicken stock
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. orange marmalade
    3 Tbsp. Grand Marnier (optional)
Preparation
    Cover and cook carrots in chicken stock, butter and pepper over medium heat for 10 minutes.
    Add orange marmalade and Grand Marnier.
    Continue to cook, uncovered, until carrots are glazed. Serves 6.
