Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. cooked mushrooms, minced
    6 green peppers (medium)
    8 oz. tomato juice
    dehydrated onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except tomato juice and peppers in a bowl. You may wish to add a little water to make mixture easier to handle.
    Divide into 6 parts.
    Wash peppers and remove tops and seeds.
    Soften by dropping into boiling water for about 5 minutes. Remove and fill with meat mixture and
    place in shallow baking dish.
    Pour tomato juice over peppers and bake until tender, about 25 to 30 minutes.
