Fresh Vegetable Pita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. lemon
    3/4 c. chopped carrots
    1/4 c. cucumbers
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. celery
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    sliced tomatoes
Preparation
    Put all vegetables, except tomatoes, in food processor. Process
    until
    fairly
    fine. Drain well on paper towels.
    Mix with cream cheese and lemon.
    Add some mayo for proper consistency. Take
    1/2 pita and put in a couple of tomato slices and fill with
    some
    of the vegetable spread. A slice of cheese is also good in this pita sandwich.
