Jazzy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. green onions
    salt and white pepper to taste
    1/4 c. chopped pimento (optional)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets until almost done; chill until very cold.
    Peel and shred with a grater.
    Melt margarine in double boiler; add cheese, a small amount at a time.
    Mix together the sour cream and milk; add to cheese mixture.
    Add onions and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add the shredded potatoes.
    Put in casserole; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
    Serves 6.
