Ingredients

6 (5-inch) pickling cucumbers, minced
2 c. minced onion
1 medium head cauliflower, chopped and diced
2 c. chopped (diced) onions
2 sweet red bell peppers, minced
4 c. sugar
4 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
1 Tbsp. celery salt
Preparation

Combine sugar, vinegar, flour and spices.
Blend well with wire whisk; bring to boiling.
Add vegetables. Bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes, uncovered.
Ladle into prepared jars and seal. Great on hot dogs!
Makes 6 pints.
