Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes
    1 green pepper
    6 sprigs parsley
    1 onion
    1 jar pimientos
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 slices bread
    1 c. milk
    2 sticks butter
    corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Potatoes should be boiled in skins, then peeled and cubed. Cover with next 5 ingredients. Remove crust and cube bread; mix with other ingredients. Melt margarine and pour over top. Let set for a minute. Pour milk over top and sprinkle with corn flake crumbs. Use a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
