Fried Catfish With Catfish Seasoning - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. sweet paprika
    2 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 3/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 tsp. thyme leaves
    catfish
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoning mix
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. brown mustard
    2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. seasoning mix
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
Preparation
    Cut catfish in pieces, 2 x 1-inch.
    In first pan, put 1 cup flour and 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning mix.
    In 2nd pan, combine milk, eggs and brown mustard.
    In third pan, combine 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon seasoning mix with 1 1/2 cups flour and cornmeal.
