Freezer Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. water
1 sweet pepper, grated
1 carrot, grated
Preparation

Boil vinegar, sugar, mustard seed, celery seed and water for 1 minute.
Let cool to lukewarm.
Grate pepper and carrot; add to cabbage.
Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage mixture.
Mix and put into containers; freeze.
