Turkey Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground turkey
1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. taco sauce *
1 c. water
6 Tbsp. chili powder
16 oz. red kidney beans, drained
1 small can Brooks chili beans (with sauce)
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp. cumin
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Brown and drain turkey.
Add tomato sauce, taco sauce, water and chili powder.
Heat and stir until bubbling.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add beans, onion, garlic powder and cumin. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add celery, mushrooms and cayenne. Simmer for another 15 minutes.
(Add more water if too thick.)
