Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
approximately 5 c. milk
4 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl beat eggs until foamy.
Gradually add sugar; beat until thickened.
Add whipping cream, vanilla and salt; mix thoroughly.
Pour into the can of a 4-quart ice cream churn. Add milk to the fill line and stir.
Freeze as manufacturer of the churn suggests.
Makes 4 quarts.
