Farmers Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, boiled in jackets
    10 to 12 pats butter
    2 (8 oz.) cartons whipping cream
    Lawry's salt to taste
Preparation
    Let potatoes cool, peel and shred.
    Layer potatoes and butter; season with salt.
    Repeat for 3 layers.
    Pour whipping cream over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cream will bubble up.
    Recipe may be halved.
