Dill Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast, softened in 1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese, warmed to lukewarm
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 egg and softened yeast
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Combine all except flour.
Add flour to form stiff dough. Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in bulk. Knead down and put in loaf pan.
Let rise.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
