Tuna And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (4 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
3 c. cooked noodles
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1 can (2 oz.) mushrooms
1 can (7 oz.) tuna
4 hard-boiled eggs
salt and pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs, buttered
1 1/2 c. medium white sauce
Preparation

Add cheese to hot white sauce and heat until cheese is melted, stir constantly.
Add remaining ingredients.
If necessary, add salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole dish.
Top with crumbs.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until top is browned and sauce is bubbly.
Serves 6.
