Chocolate Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box (18.25 oz.) German or other chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. (1-1/2 sticks) butter, melted
    2/3 c. evaporated milk, divided
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 packages (7 oz. each) chocolate covered caramels (If you prefer, you can use plain caramels)
    1 c. (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
