Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    5 to 7 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix yeast in warm water; add egg.
    Then cut shortening, sugar and salt in.
    Mix well and add enough flour until dough is stiff. Grease a bowl and put dough in, then grease top of dough and place wet towel over dough.
    Let rise until dough doubles in size.
    Then punch down and roll out.
    Let rise again after you have cut out and put in pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until light brown.
