Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches chopped green onions (optional)
    3 to 5 medium avocados, plus 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 pkg. taco mix
    2 cans bean dip
    3 medium tomatoes
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans pitted ripe olives
Preparation
    Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix in another bowl.
    Spread bean dip on a large shallow platter.
    Next, spread avocados and then sour cream mixture.
    Layer top with chopped green onions, tomatoes (drained), olives and cheese.
    Refrigerate.
