Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Sprinkle salt on cabbage and let stand 1 hour.
Squeeze out juice and add carrots and peppers.
Boil vinegar, water, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed.
Cool and pour over cabbage; freeze.
