Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks oleo
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
6 qt. popped popcorn
nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine oleo, brown sugar, Karo syrup and salt in pan.
Heat to boiling.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add baking soda.
Pour over popped corn.
Spread on 2 cookie sheets.
Put into 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
