Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 prebaked potatoes
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    crushed cooked bacon or bacon bits
    chives or chopped green onion
    milk
Preparation
    Slice potatoes lengthwise.
    Carefully scoop out potato pulp and put into mixing bowl.
    Set potato skins aside in shallow baking pan.
    Mix all ingredients together on low speed, adding milk until smooth consistency is reached.
    Spoon mixture back into skins; garnish with extra bacon and chives.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until top is medium brown.
    Can be made ahead and frozen.
