Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 onion, sliced
    1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. frozen peas (optional)
Preparation
    Spray a large saucepan with nonstick coating.
    Add chicken and remaining ingredients, except peas.
    Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 25 to 35 minutes.
    Add peas and cook for 10 minutes.
    Calories per serving: 230.
    Exchanges: 4 lean meat, 1 vegetable and 1/2 starch.
