Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    2/3 c. grated cheese
    2/3 c. sweet milk
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add cheese, milk and mustard.
    Work in lightly with a fork.
    Pour out on floured surface.
    Pat and roll until about 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with a small cutter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes approximately 30 (1-inch) biscuits.
    Eat while hot.
