Eulla'S Oven Cooked Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. stew beef
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Cut all fat off meat; mix with soup.
Put in pan and cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
Serve over rice.
