Seafood Lasagne(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. low calorie margarine, not stick
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. skim milk
    4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, drained and thawed
    1 oz. grated Parmesan
    6 1/2 oz. tuna, crab or shrimp
    4 lasagna noodles
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook lasagna noodles.
    Heat margarine in skillet, saute onion and garlic.
    Stir in flour and milk.
    Heat until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add cheese and remove from heat.
    Combine 1/2 the cheese sauce with the spinach and Parmesan.
    In an 8-inch square pan, sprayed with \"Pam,\" layer noodles, seafood and sauce.
    Use the sauce without spinach for the top layer.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Cover pan with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Approximately 400 calories per serving.
