Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten with fork
1 lemon cake mix, prepared according to directions
1 small chocolate Hershey bar with almonds (optional)
pinch of cinnamon
Preparation

Mix Ricotta, sugar and eggs by hand. Then add chocolate bar that has been finely chopped and cinnamon. Prepare cake mix and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Carefully spoon Ricotta mixture on top of batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
