Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast fillets
    6 thin slices ham
    6 thin slices Swiss cheese
    1 envelope Shake and Bake coating mix
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg yolk, beaten
Preparation
    Pound chicken flat.
    Top with ham and cheese.
    Roll up; secure with a toothpick.
    Coat with Shake and Bake.
    Refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap for 2 to 4 hours.
    Let stand at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes.
