Cookie Delights - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Dixie cookies
Cool Whip
coconut
Preparation

In saucepan, combine margarine, pineapple, sugar and cornstarch.
Bring to a boil and cook until thick.
Put between Dixie cookies; top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.
