Ingredients

1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 large container Cool Whip
1 c. flaked coconut
2 baked pie shells
Preparation

Mix pudding using directions on package.
Add container of Cool Whip and 1 cup coconut.
Mix together and pour into baked pie shells.
Place some flaked coconut into a baking pan and let brown.
Top pie with Cool Whip and sprinkle browned coconut on top.
Keep refrigerated.
