Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 9 c. flour
2 pkg. dry yeast
3 c. milk
4 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
2 eggs
4 c. (16 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a large bowl combine 4 cups of the flour and the yeast. Heat milk, sugar and salt until warm (115\u00b0 to 120\u00b0), stirring to dissolve sugar.
Add to flour mixture, along with eggs and cheese. With electric mixer on low, beat until well blended.
By hand, stir in remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.
Place in large greased bowl; cover with clean towel and let rise until double in bulk. Divide dough; knead and place in greased bread pans.
Will make 3 large loaves.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, until golden brown on top.
Remove from pan and butter top of loaves.
Let cool.
This makes great toast!
