Breakfast Casserole #2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
6 eggs
1/2 to 1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. shredded cheese
1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
2 1/4 c. milk
dash of pepper
Preparation

Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Cube bread and scatter the bread cubes in the pan.
Brown and drain the meat.
Cover the bread cubes with meat.
Mix eggs, milk, mustard and pepper together.
Pour over meat and bread.
Cover with cheese.
