Vicki'S Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. spinach
    1 tomato, cut into small chunks
    1 red onion, thin sliced
    1 lb. bacon
    1 pkg. croutons
    2 to 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    salt and pepper
    1 avocado, cut into small chunks
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook bacon.
    Reserve drippings.
    Wash spinach and tear into bite size pieces.
    In a large bowl, combine spinach, onion, avocado, tomato and crumbled bacon.
    Set aside.
