Spinach-Cheese Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. Cheddar, shredded
20 oz. frozen spinach, thawed (squeeze out water)
1 Tbsp. or more onion, minced
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Bake in large greased rectangular pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cool 45 minutes.
Cut into small squares.
Reheat at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes when serving as hors d'oeuvre.
