Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 large (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    pinch of salt
    milk
Preparation
    Prepare
    freezer according to manufacturers directions. Mix eggs and sugar together.
    Beat well.
    Add evaporated milk, vanilla and salt.
    Pour into freezer container and add enough milk
    to reach
    the
    fill
    line.
    Freeze according to freezer directions. This
    is a good basic recipe for fruit ice cream, just add 2 cups fruit and only 1 tablespoon vanilla.
