Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie shell
    3/4 c. cooked mashed pintos
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Beat 2 minutes.
    Stir in beans and nuts; then blend mixture.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
