3 Tbsp. butter
2 lb. flounder fillet
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
Preparation

Butter shallow baking dish.
Arrange fish in dish.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
