Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cut Crisco into flour and salt.
    Combine liquids and add to mixture.
    Blend until flour is moist.
    Can be re-rolled without toughing.
    Makes 2 crusts.
