Boursin Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 9-inch pie
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
8 oz. pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 small tomato, peeled and chopped
1 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. half and half
1 pkg. Boursin cheese, at room temperature
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Line 9-inch pie tin with pastry.
In a small bowl, mix Swiss, green onions, olives, mushrooms and tomato. Toss to combine.
Add flour and toss to coat.
Transfer cheese mixture to pastry.
In a small bowl, combine eggs and half and half.
Beat with a fork to mix.
Add Boursin, which has been crumbled, and beat ingredients together with a whisk until well blended.
Bake quiche in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until golden and knife inserted comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before cutting.
Can also bake in 3-inch tart shells.
