Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pasta, cooked
    1 pepper, diced
    4 c. shredded carrots
    1 onion, diced
    3/4 c. shredded cheese
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook pasta; cool.
    Mix all together.
    (Make the night before.)
