Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 lb. crisp bacon, crushed (may use Bac*Os)
Preparation
    Peel and quarter potatoes.
    Place in baking dish.
    Top with cheese, sour cream and bacon.
    Bake in oven until potatoes are done (about 45 minutes to 1 hour) and cheese is bubbly.
    Oven temperature should be about 350\u00b0.
