Pineapple Shrimp Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 small can shrimp, drained
    2 to 3 Tbsp. reduced fat mayonnaise
    1 or 2 chopped green onions (some of the greens also)
    1 or 2 tsp. horseradish or Dijon mustard
    dash of dill weed
    2 or 3 cucumbers
Preparation
    Combine everything together except the cukes.
    Thick slice cukes and spoon heaping teaspoonful of filling on top of each slice.
    Garnish with thin slices of green onion tops, if desired. No grams of fat in recipe.
