Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese, warmed to lukewarm
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. dill seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 unbeaten egg
    2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
    soft butter
    salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water in large bowl until foamy.
    Stir in warmed cottage cheese, sugar and onion (softened in butter over low flame).
    Add dill seed, salt, soda and egg.
    Stir in flour to make stiff dough.
    Set bowl in pan of warm water; cover with towel and let double (50 to 60 minutes).
    Stir down and put in greased 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
    Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
    Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
