White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, softened
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 1/4 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. white chocolate chunks or pieces
    1 c. roasted Macadamia nuts, halved
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cream butter; add eggs.
    Beat well into creamed butter.
    Add vanilla.
    Add sugars; beat well. Combine flour, salt and baking soda; stir into butter-sugar mixture until evenly distributed, then add white chocolate.
    Stir in nuts.
    Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
    Bake for about 11 minutes.
    After removing from oven, let sit a minute or so before removing to racks to cool.
