Merkts Cheddar Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. Merkts sharp Cheddar cheese or any kind you like
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic salt (eliminate if garlic in cheese already)

Preparation

Let set until all ingredients reach room temperature.
Beat together.
May freeze part of this recipe, but don't re-freeze. Great with pretzels, vegetables or crackers.
