Stuffed Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large Vidalia onions
    1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing or similar
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 can crabmeat
Preparation
    Peel and slice in half.
    Place in dish and cover.
    Microwave on High 10 minutes or until soft.
    Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
    Add mushrooms and crabmeat and mix well. Mound stuffing onto onion halves and microwave for 2 more minutes or until hot through.
    Can be served as a vegetable or with salad as entree.
