Potato Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. leftover cold mashed potatoes
2 eggs
handful saltine crackers, crushed
1 Tbsp. bacon grease
Preparation

Mix potatoes, eggs and cracker crumbs. In a skillet, melt grease and drop a spoonful of potato mixture into skillet. Let fry until brown and crisp. Flip and brown the other side.
