Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. softened oleo
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sweet milk
1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, adding eggs and milk last.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
