Stuffed Apples(Diabetic Recipe)) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small baking apples
    3 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
    3 Tbsp. raisins
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut apples in half and hollow out core.
    Place in baking pan. Combine nuts, raisins and cinnamon in a small bowl.
    Stuff into apple hollows.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve at room temperature or chilled.
    Makes 4 servings.
    One apple equals 1 fruit and 1 fat.
