Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. beef roast, cubed
2 c. potatoes, cubed
1 c. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. barley
2 c. cabbage, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 beef bouillon cubes
salt and pepper
Preparation

In a large pot, mix all ingredients.
Fill pot with water and simmer several hours.
