Zucchini With Dill Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. zucchini, sliced
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Sprinkle slices with salt.
Let stand 30 minutes.
Spread slices on paper towels; pat dry.
Melt butter in a saucepan; add zucchini.
Toss until well coated with butter.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes until barely tender.
Meantime, beat flour into sour cream.
Pour over zucchini.
Stirring gently, simmer 2 or 3 minutes until thick and smooth.
Stir in sugar, vinegar and dill.
